This spinal-themed billboard for Dr. Raskas has become one of the most recognizable healthcare billboards in St. Louis. With a stark black-and-white design and a bold, anatomical spine illustration as the centerpiece, the billboard cuts through visual noise with clean confidence. The minimal copy and striking visual created a lasting impression—so much so that people now refer to “the spine billboard” when talking about Dr. Raskas. It’s a perfect example of how strong design can build local awareness and turn a single billboard into a citywide calling card.
